Fractional Coordinator, Inc. is launching its 2026 Internship Program, a structured and immersive opportunity for students and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in equity, compliance, and organizational operations. Interns will gain direct exposure to real-world investigations, training development, policy research, and administrative coordination that supports institutions across K–12, higher education, and workplace environments.
Program Details
Positions Available: 3 Internships
Program Duration: June 2026 – August 2026 (10 weeks)
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR, with occasional remote flexibility.
Compensation: Paid stipend ($18/hour) or academic credit (depending on institution)

Internship Focus Areas
Operations & Office Support
Assist in daily administrative functions, including scheduling, client communication, and project documentation. Learn how compliance operations are managed at an organizational level.
Training Development & Coordination
Collaborate with the Training & Coaching team to help develop learning modules, manage registration logistics, and support live and virtual training events focused on Title IX, ADA/504, and equity practices.
Policy & Research Support
Conduct legal and procedural research related to federal and state compliance frameworks. Assist in the drafting and review of training materials, case summaries, and institutional resource guides.
Ideal Candidates
Undergraduate or graduate students studying Law, Public Policy, Education, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
Demonstrated interest in civil rights, compliance, or institutional equity.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
