About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential operational and logistical support across Fractional Coordinator’s compliance and investigative practice. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects organized, documentation accurate, and communication seamless between internal teams and institutional partners.
This position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-first environment. The Administrative Assistant is often the steady hand ensuring that sensitive, time-bound, and high-impact work runs efficiently and with integrity.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative and scheduling support for investigators, compliance officers, and leadership.
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and trainings, both virtual and in person, with professionalism and discretion.
Manage internal and client correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Maintain confidential files, case records, and project documentation with precision.
Prepare reports, templates, and data summaries to support ongoing investigations and compliance projects.
Assist with onboarding, contracting, invoicing, and time tracking for institutional clients.
Support case management system updates (e.g., Maxient, Case IQ, i-Sight) and monitor case progress.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and streamline workflow.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience, ideally in legal, HR, compliance, or higher education settings.
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and in speech, with a polished and professional style.
You’re comfortable working in a remote-first environment and thrive with autonomy and accountability.
You’re proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and digital project management tools.
You demonstrate sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
You bring curiosity, empathy, and initiative to every task—large or small.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
