About the Role
Advisory Board Members serve as strategic partners and thought leaders to Fractional Coordinator, providing insight, guidance, and expertise that inform the company’s mission, product development, and client impact. Members bring a deep understanding of equity, education, public policy, technology, or organizational leadership and help ensure the company remains aligned with emerging national standards in compliance and accountability.
This is an advisory, non-fiduciary role ideal for leaders who want to contribute their experience, perspective, and networks to advance systemic change in education and the public sector.
What You’ll Do
Advise on emerging trends across higher education, K–12, and public-sector compliance.
Provide strategic input on Fractional Coordinator’s products, services, and partnerships.
Participate in quarterly virtual meetings and optional working sessions.
Offer insight on data, technology, and policy innovations shaping the future of compliance.
Connect Fractional Coordinator with potential collaborators, clients, and stakeholders.
Serve as a thought partner to the leadership team on ethics, governance, and strategic growth.
Who You Are
A respected leader in higher education, K–12, government, or industry.
Experienced in one or more of the following areas: Title IX, ADA/504, digital accessibility, data systems, DEIA, or institutional accountability.
Passionate about building equitable and transparent systems that protect both people and purpose.
Comfortable contributing ideas in strategic discussions and supporting collaborative decision-making.
Willing to engage 2–4 hours per quarter.
