We partner with universities, K–12 districts, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen equity, compliance, and accountability infrastructures across education and the public sector.
We believe compliance is not only about meeting standards but shaping them. Our work connects policy, people, and institutional systems to create change that is sustainable, transparent, and aligned with each institution’s values.
About the Role
The Intake & Case Management Coordinator is a critical member of Fractional Coordinator’s compliance and investigative practice. You will oversee the intake process for reports of discrimination, harassment, accessibility, and misconduct while maintaining accurate, defensible records throughout each case’s lifecycle.
This role requires administrative precision, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will ensure that every matter entering the system begins with fairness, clarity, and care, and that each case is managed with consistency, timeliness, and transparency.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the initial point of contact for reports and referrals, ensuring all matters are documented accurately and neutrally.
Review and triage cases for completeness, jurisdiction, and appropriate next steps under Title IX, ADA/504, and institutional policy.
Coordinate with investigators, compliance officers, and institutional partners to assign cases and monitor progress.
Maintain organized and confidential case files within digital management systems (e.g., Maxient, i-Sight, or Case IQ).
Prepare case summaries, timelines, and communication templates to support investigation and resolution processes.
Track reporting metrics and assist in generating compliance dashboards or summaries for leadership review.
Identify workflow or documentation gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen the intake and tracking process.
Support scheduling and logistics for interviews, meetings, and trainings related to ongoing investigations.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of experience in case intake, management, or administrative coordination within compliance, legal, HR, or education environments.
You understand the frameworks of Title IX, Title VI, ADA/504, and equity compliance and can apply them to practical workflows.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
You are an exceptional communicator who is clear, responsive, and professional in both written and verbal interactions.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and digital workflow or case management systems.
You maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
You thrive in a remote, collaborative environment and bring initiative and empathy to every interaction.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
