About the Role
The Learning & Certification Specialist develops, delivers, and evaluates compliance and equity-focused training for Fractional Coordinator’s institutional partners. This role ensures that every participant, whether a Title IX coordinator, investigator, or equity officer, receives practical, high-quality instruction aligned with federal and state requirements.
You’ll lead training and certification programs on topics including Title IX, ADA/504, discrimination and harassment prevention, trauma-informed practices, and procedural fairness. This position combines facilitation, curriculum design, and deep subject matter understanding to help institutions build lasting internal capacity.
What You’ll Do
Design, deliver, and refine training programs for institutional clients and professionals in higher education and K–12 settings.
Lead virtual and in-person certification sessions for Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Hearing Officers, and ADA/504 professionals.
Collaborate with Fractional Coordinator investigators and compliance experts to develop curricula grounded in current law and best practice.
Create accessible training materials, case simulations, and evaluation tools that strengthen real-world application.
Track participant progress, issue certifications, and maintain detailed training records in alignment with accreditation and institutional standards.
Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback and performance data to guide improvements.
Stay informed on regulatory changes and incorporate them into all training content and materials.
Support client onboarding through orientation and foundational compliance education.
Represent Fractional Coordinator at conferences, webinars, and professional development events as a training lead or presenter.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in compliance training, professional development, or instructional design within higher education, K–12, HR, or legal settings.
You are a confident facilitator, capable of leading complex policy discussions with empathy and clarity.
You understand the frameworks of Title IX, ADA/504, Title VI, and related laws, and can translate them into accessible, practical learning experiences.
You have strong presentation and communication skills—both written and verbal.
You’re organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and audiences.
You thrive in a collaborative, remote environment where curiosity and initiative are valued.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in Education, Law, or Organizational Development preferred.
Formal training or certification in instructional design, adult learning, or compliance training is a plus.
What You’ll Gain
Salary Range: $80,000–$110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
