Coffee Talks

The compliance field is small, the work is confidential, and most coordinators have nobody to think out loud with. Coffee Talks exist so that practitioners can compare notes with people who understand the constraints they are working under.

Two conversations, deliberately separate

Community Coffee Talks

Off-the-record peer exchange for practitioners. No slides, no recording, no case details. A standing session on Zoom where people bring the thing they are stuck on and talk it through with others who hold the same role.

Ask about the next session

Advisory Coffee Talks

A scheduled hour with the firm to discuss live matters and ask regulatory questions directly. Billed at $275 per hour and available to clients under a signed service agreement, which is what makes candid discussion of an open matter possible.

How the community sessions work

Nothing said in a Community Coffee Talk leaves the room, and that expectation runs both ways. Do not bring identifying information about a complainant, a respondent, a witness, or an institution. Bring the question underneath it instead, which is almost always the part worth discussing.

Work with us

Engagements begin with a scoping conversation. We look at the portfolio you are carrying, the exposure you are managing, and the seat you need covered, then we tell you plainly whether we are the right firm for it.
